According to information from Samsung Support, the program offers:
  • One-Time Free Screen Replacement: This applies to Galaxy S20 series, Note20/Ultra, S21 series (excluding FE), and S22 Ultra (SM-S908E) experiencing the green line issue, even if the warranty has expired.
  • Additional Free Replacements: These devices can also receive a one-time free replacement of the OCTA assembly, battery, and a Rework Kit.

Important Details to Note:

  • There is a deadline to avail of this offer: April 30, 2024. Appointments must be booked at a Samsung service center before this date.
  • The free screen replacement is only available for devices within three years of purchase and with no physical or water damage.
  • While the Galaxy S21 FE is also reported to be affected by the green line issue, it is not currently included in the program.

Samsung Not Alone in AMOLED Screen Issues:

It's important to note that Samsung is not the only smartphone manufacturer facing AMOLED screen problems. OnePlus has also encountered similar issues in the past.
