Vivo V29e Gets First Price Cut in India Ahead of Vivo V30 Series Launch

The Vivo V29e, which was launched in India at the end of August, has received its first price cut. The new prices come just days ahead of the launch of the Vivo V30 series.

The Vivo V29e comes in two storage options: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. At launch, these were priced at ₹26,999 and ₹28,999, respectively.

Both variants have now seen a price drop of ₹1,000. The 128GB variant now costs ₹25,999, while the 256GB version retails at ₹27,999. These new prices apply to both color options - Artistic Red and Artistic Blue.

Buyers can also avail an additional ₹2,000 instant cashback through specific bank cards.

The Vivo V29e features a 6.78-inch 10-bit curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chip and runs Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14.

The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging. It has a dual rear camera system consisting of a 64MP primary sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. The front camera is a 50MP sensor with autofocus.

The Vivo V29e is 7.57mm thin and weighs 180.5g. The interesting aspect is that the red color variant changes color from red to black when exposed to UV light.

The Vivo V29e has received its first price cut in India, making it a more attractive option for budget-conscious buyers looking for a phone with a good display, camera, and battery life.
