Poco C61 Emerges on Bluetooth SIG and BIS Certifications, Potentially a Rebranded Redmi A3

Poco, a sub-brand of Xiaomi, appears to be prepping for the launch of a new smartphone called the Poco C61. This information comes from the phone's recent appearances on both the Bluetooth SIG and BIS certification websites, suggesting an imminent release.

The Bluetooth SIG listing reveals the Poco C61's model number (2312BPC51H) and confirms its name. Interestingly, this number closely resembles that of the Redmi A3 (23129RN51H), hinting that the Poco C61 might be a rebranded version of the same phone.

The listing also suggests that the Poco C61 will support Bluetooth 5.4 and come pre-installed with Android 14. Additionally, the phone's BIS certification, under the same model number, indicates a potential launch in India.

As a potential reference point, the Redmi A3 boasts a large 6.7-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. It's powered by a MediaTek Helio G36 chipset, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
