Vivo TWS 4 and TWS 4 Hi-Fi Earbuds Announced with ANC and Hi-Fi Audio

Vivo recently launched two new additions to its wireless earphone lineup alongside its latest smartphones and tablet: the Vivo TWS 4 and TWS 4 Hi-Fi. These earbuds boast impressive features like active noise cancellation (ANC) and high-quality audio, making them strong contenders in the true wireless earbud market.

Both the TWS 4 and TWS 4 Hi-Fi offer an in-ear design for a comfortable fit and utilize large 12.2mm dynamic drivers for powerful sound. They come equipped with Qualcomm's S3 sound platform, with the Hi-Fi version featuring the latest Gen 3 iteration for potentially even better audio performance.

A key highlight is the earbuds' ANC capabilities. They deliver up to 55dB of noise cancellation, effectively blocking out ambient noise for a distraction-free listening experience. Additionally, the 5000Hz ultra-wideband noise reduction specifically targets high-frequency sounds, further enhancing noise cancellation.

The Vivo TWS 4 Hi-Fi caters to audiophiles with its support for the cutting-edge aptX Lossless audio codec. This codec transmits audio at a staggering 1.2Mbps rate, ensuring lossless audio transmission for an uncompromised listening experience. It also supports aptX Adaptive for a balance between sound quality and connection stability.

The standard TWS 4 version offers LDAC codec support, another high-quality audio option. Both models boast additional codec compatibility with AAC, SBC, and LC3, ensuring wider device compatibility.

Beyond audio quality, the Vivo TWS 4 series boasts several features for a well-rounded user experience. Both models utilize Bluetooth 5.4 for a stable wireless connection and low latency of 44ms, ideal for lag-free gaming or watching videos.

For calls, the earbuds come equipped with AI-powered call noise reduction technology that ensures your voice is transmitted clearly even in noisy environments. Additionally, they feature a spatial sound field engine that creates a 3D immersive listening experience with four distinct spatial sound effect modes.

The Vivo TWS 4 and TWS 4 Hi-Fi pack a 54mAh battery in each earbud, offering up to 11 hours of playback with ANC turned off or 6 hours with ANC enabled. The charging case extends this to a maximum of 45 hours (ANC off) or 26 hours (ANC on).

The Vivo TWS 4 comes in Dark Blue and White color options, while the Hi-Fi version is available in Ultimate Blue and White. The TWS 4 is priced at 399 yuan (USD 55 / Rs. 4,605 approx.), while the TWS 4 Hi-Fi is priced at 499 yuan (USD 69/ Rs. 5,845 approx.). Both are currently available for order in China and will go on sale starting April 3rd.
