Google Pixel 8a Leaks Reveal 120Hz Display; Tensor G3 Chip Expected at Google I/O

Google's upcoming mid-range smartphone, the Pixel 8a, is rumored to pack a powerful punch with features that rival higher-end devices. Leaked details suggest a significant improvement in the display department, with a switch to a 120Hz refresh rate OLED panel and a whopping 40% increase in peak brightness.

The Pixel 8a is said to boast a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This translates to smoother scrolling, better responsiveness in games, and an overall more enjoyable visual experience. The increased refresh rate brings the Pixel 8a in line with many flagship smartphones on the market.
